Your Duties
- Als Patentanwalt beraten Sie nationale und internationale Mandanten zum Patent-, Marken- und Designschutz.
- Bearbeitung von Patenterteilungs-, Einspruchs-, Beschwerde-, Nichtigkeits-, Prüfungsund Verletzungsverfahren und Verhandlungsführungen mit Patentämtern, Gerichten und Mitbewerbern
Your profile
- Universitätsstudium Elektrotechnik
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Patentanwalt
- Zulassung als Deutscher und/oder Europäischer Patentanwalt
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
