In dieser Rolle sind Sie als Mitglied des Business Application Supportteams Ansprechpartner für alle Support-Anfragen für die Business Applications.

Your Duties
- Als Supporter ERP übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Support und Administration von Business Applications wie ERP-Systemen (Microsoft Dynamics 365 und AX 2012), DMS (ELO), EDI sowie Business Intelligence Systemen (Targit, Power BI).
- Beratung der Anwender bei der optimalen Nutzung der Anwendungen.
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Anwendungsleitfäden.
- Sie unterstützen die Umsetzung von Change Requests.
Your profile
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ERP Support
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
- Gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse
