Data Privacy Statement and Newsletter

I consent to Vesterling AG (for data see imprint) evaluating and storing personal data provided by me (e.g. information in the online application form, cover letter, CV, certificates) with the help of the AI-supported API provided by Microsoft Azure in order to contact me later about suitable job offers. I am aware that my data will be processed by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Dublin, Ireland) on behalf of Vesterling AG. I am also aware that my data will only be passed on to third parties if I have given my separate consent to this. If I have provided "special categories of personal data" in accordance with Art. 9 GDPR (e.g. passport photo, severely disabled status), my above consent also applies to this data.

I agree that Vesterling AG may contact me with the newsletter VesterlingJobNews in order to inform me regularly by e-mail about suitable current vacancies. I am aware that this consent is voluntary.

I can withdraw my consent without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages as a result. I can also withdraw my consent at any time. I can declare my revocation by sending an email to Welcome@Vesterling.com or, in the case of the newsletter, by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the respective newsletter email. In the event of revocation, my data will be deleted immediately, unless there are statutory retention periods that require longer storage or I have given my separate consent to longer storage.
