As Application Manager SCM, you will oversee the migration of the future SCM software and its operation.

Your Duties
- As Application Manager SCM, you will oversee the migration of future SCM software and its operation.
- You record requirements and create technical specifications.
- As part of the team, you will implement existing partners and customers in the warehouse management system.
- You will then support the system for existing and future customers.
- They provide first-line support for the system in order to solve day-to-day problems.
- You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of services received and delivered, making recommendations and introducing efficiencies to reduce operational costs.
- You will assist with scoping, requirements and training/testing meetings and undertake other duties.
- You will work with customers, colleagues and the EMEA IT Logistics team to support implementations and projects.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in application management
- Experience in the areas of logistics and warehousing
- Knowledge in the support of SCM or WMS applications
- Experience in IT projects
- Occasional willingness to travel
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of German is desirable
