Your Duties
- Als Mitarbeiter Technischer Support sind Sie Teil eines kleinen Teams, das Kunden aus der DACH-Region bei der Verwendung von Geräten aus der Medizintechnik unterstützt. Dies umfasst häufig das Erklären der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, das Aufspielen von Software-Updates. Für Reparaturen werden die Geräte an den Standort geliefert. Hier sind mechanische oder elektronische Elemente auszutauschen.
- Gelegentlich (im Schnitt 4 / Jahr) sind vor-Ort-Einsätze in der Dachregion
Your profile
- (Fach)Hochschulstudium Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer technikaffinen Rolle im Service- oder Support für technische Geräte
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
